Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

At least 3 years of post-qualification professional experience in procurement activities, preferably in mining, industrial, or large-scale project environments.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years on the closing date of application.
Key Responsibilities
- The selected Procurement Officer will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures in line with PPRA rules.
- Managing vendor relationships, obtaining quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring competitive bidding.
- Collaborating with technical teams, including Engineering, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Preparing purchase orders and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Maintaining supplier databases, contract records, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and ensure cost efficiency.
- Preparing reports, maintaining audit trails, and supporting management decisions related to procurement.
