Manager (Technical):
Qualification:
- B.E. (Electrical) from an HEC-recognized university, registered with PEC or any local/international professional/statutory body.
- A Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university will be considered an added advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity, in operations and maintenance of HVAC, lifts, generators, and MEP works related to estate management and other building systems—especially in high-rise buildings.
Maximum Age Limit:
- Up to 50 years.
Assistant Manager (Internal Audit):
Qualification & Experience:
- CA (Finalist) with 3 years of articleship experience at a reputable audit firm and at least 2 years of experience in Internal Audit.
OR - ACMA/ACCA with 6 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department of a listed company.
- Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as CIA or CISA.
Maximum Age Limit:
- Up to 40 years.
