1. Executive Director (Ship Management)
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in ship management, shipbuilding, dry-docking, and vessel maintenance. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in corporate management, report writing, and ISO-9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years.
