Position Details:

Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- A minimum Master’s degree in Engineering, Business & Public Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution by HEC.
- Candidates with other relevant professional qualifications in core business areas of the company will also be considered.
- Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in senior managerial or leadership roles.
- Candidates with prior experience as Senior Management, Project Director, CEO, or Board Member will be given preference.
- Appointment Terms:
- The initial contract will be for three (03) years, extendable as per policy and performance evaluation.
- The candidate will be required to meet defined KPIs and ensure the mutual benefit of PRACS and its stakeholders.
