Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism
• Bachelor’s Degree with qualification in hospitality, tourism, or client handling
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or client handling
• Qualification must be from renowned/well recognized universities, institutes.

Age Limit:

• Max 30 years

Experience / Brief Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient front-line operations at major Railway stations Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Karachi, Faisalabad & Rohri on 6-hours rotational shifts. Duties include managing clients/passengers, providing travel information, addressing passenger concerns, and providing welcoming environment. The role requires active coordination with railway station teams/staff to ensure better service delivery and passenger facilitation.

How to Apply:

2. Contract Terms: All appointments are purely on contract basis for a period of two (2) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance on yearly basis.
3. Salary: Salary will be admissible as per the Standard Pay Package issued by the Finance Division on 18th April 2022 or Rs. 60,000/- per month whichever is higher.
4. Experience Consideration: Relevant experience will be given weightage.
5. Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel with a departmental NOC.
6. Forgery Clause: Submission of forged/false documents shall lead to disqualification and legal action.
7. Incomplete/Delayed Applications: Incomplete applications, hand-submitted applications, or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
8. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates, based on their academic results, will be called for the interview.
9. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
10. Training: Successful candidates will undergo short training courses organized by Pakistan Railways which are mandatory for posting.
