Eligibility Criteria:
Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA, PIPFA), OR completion of a certified public finance/audit program from the Office of the Auditor General of Pakistan.
- A degree in Law (LLB) will be considered an additional advantage.
Experience:
- At least 15 years (with a Master’s degree) or 12 years (with a professional qualification) of relevant, verifiable experience in auditing.
- Preference for candidates with supervisory audit experience in government institutions or auditing large-scale government bodies and donor-funded projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of government financial rules, procurement regulations, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to detect fraud, irregularities, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- No history of disciplinary, financial, or misconduct issues in previous roles.
