  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct policy research, evaluate economic trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.

Finance:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role, managing funding mechanisms, and audits, and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and public sector financial regulations.

Company Secretary:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution or membership of a recognized professional body of corporate or chartered secretaries.
  • Minimum of 5 years (5) relevant experience.
  • Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria under the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 and relevant SECP regulations.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including substantial exposure to public sector financial management, project financing and implementation, knowledge of Government of Punjab’s finance procedures, AG&PR, PPRA rules, and compliance with AGP/PAC audit requirements.

Chief Internal Auditor:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) OR certified as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years in dedicated internal audit qualification experience, including at least 3 years at a Managerial level.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP), Public Accounts Committee (PAC), and other oversight bodies.

Deputy Director:

Assistant Manager:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent 16-year qualification from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Law, Economics, Public Policy, Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline.
