Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority PERA has announced exciting career opportunities for qualified and motivated professionals. Government of the Punjab has established the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) as an autonomous body under the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), through the enactment of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. This initiative is aimed at streamlining enforcement and regulatory operations throughout the province.
PERA is now inviting applications from dynamic, skilled, and committed legal professionals for the position of Prosecutor. These appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB – 3 or 5 years) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 5 years of practice as an advocate.
- Candidates will be entitled to SPPP-5 salary and other benefits as per PERA’s Contractual Employees Regulations, 2025.
- Place of Posting: One position in each Enforcement Station across Punjab.
