Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a recognized degree in Law (LLB or higher).
- Be a licensed advocate with valid registration from any Bar Council in Pakistan.
- Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in legislative drafting, public sector law, or administrative law.
- Demonstrate experience in drafting laws, rules, or regulations for government departments or statutory bodies.
- Have a proven understanding of Punjab Government rule-making processes.
- Possess excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
