This initiative, supported by the World Bank, aims to improve educational outcomes and enhance primary-level education across Punjab.

Available Positions and Qualifications

The department has announced multiple vacancies, requiring candidates with expertise in various fields, including statistics, finance, administration, procurement, and research. Below are the details of key positions:

1. Program Officer – PBC I

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation.

2. M&E Officer – School Construction

• BS.c in Engineering, Civil Works, or related fields.
• Experience in monitoring & evaluation, especially in school infrastructure projects.

3. Program Officer – NSB

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, ACCA, or CA.
• 4 years of experience in financial management in public/private sector organizations.

4. Manager Finance & Accounts

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, and audits.

5. Data Analyst – Research

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
• Strong data analysis skills and expertise in education research.

6. Research Associate

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, or relevant fields.
• 3 years of experience in policy research and evaluation.

7. Finance Associate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in public/private sector finance management.

8. Procurement Associate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Sciences, Mathematics, or Public Policy.
• 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably for World Bank projects.

9. Receptionist

• Bachelor’s degree in business or administrative sciences.
• 2 years of experience in front-office management with good communication skills.

10. Driver

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• 2 years of experience as a driver with an LTV/HTV license.

11. Naib Qasid / Office Boy

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• 2 years of experience in office assistance.
