Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) has announced several exciting career opportunities for qualified professionals on a Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis. These positions, approved by the Administrative Committee, aim to enhance the institution’s academic and operational capabilities.

Vacant Positions:

RIC is inviting applications for the following positions:

• Assistant Professor of Pathology (BPS-18)
• Assistant Professor of Microbiology (BPS-18)
• Computer Systems Analyst (BPS-16)

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
• Postgraduate qualification (Ph.D., FCPS, MRC in Pathology, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree (second division) in Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor’s (four years) in Computer Science from a recognized institution.

Age Limit:

• 25 to 45 years.

2. Applications must include attested copies of CNIC, domicile, academic credentials, and experience certificates.
3. The documents should be sent to the Executive Director, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, no later than July 31, 2025.
4. The positions are purely temporary and do not lead to permanent employment.
5. Selection will be made according to merit and government policy.
6. Age relaxation and preference will be given as per government rules, particularly to those with experience in teaching or working in government/autonomous institutions.
