Registrar (BPS-20):

Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D. in any discipline from a HEC-recognized institute with eight years of post-qualification experience.
• OR MS/M.Phil. (second division) with ten years post-qualification experience.
• OR MA/M.Sc. (second division) with twelve years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:

• 40-50 years

Treasurer (BPS-20):

Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics with eight years of relevant experience.
• OR MS/M.Phil. with ten years of experience.
• OR MBA in Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. in Economics with twelve years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:

• 40-50 years

Controller of Examinations (BPS-20):

Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D. with eight years of post-qualification experience.
• OR MS/M.Phil. with ten years of experience.
• OR MA/M.Sc. with twelve years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:

• 40-50 years

How to Apply:

1. Candidates must apply online via www.wum.edu.pk.
2. The last to apply is 25th July 2025.
3. A hard copy of the online application form along with verified copies of all documents must be submitted by 28th July 2025 to the Office of the Registrar, Women University Multan (Katchery Campus), during office hours.
4. A separate application and processing fee of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited for each post.
5. Applications through email or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
6. Government or semi-government employees must submit a departmental permission certificate/NOC along with their application.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
8. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
9. All appointments will follow the Government of the Punjab’s rules and regulations.
