Government of Punjab, in collaboration with the Government of Pakistan and the World Bank, is implementing the Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP). This initiative is designed to reduce emissions, improve air quality, enhance public health, and promote sustainable transport infrastructure. The program’s main development objective is to strengthen air quality management and reduce population-weighted PM 2.5 annual exposure in Lahore Division.

To support this mission, the Program Implementation Unit (PIU), PCAP, Transport & Mass Transit Department (T&MD), Government of Punjab, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for several project-based positions.

Research Analyst – Procurement:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s (16 years) or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Transport, Automotive, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Statistics, Finance, Economics, IT, Business Administration, etc.) from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• At least 2 years in procurement, research, project support, contracts, or donor-funded projects. Additional certifications are preferred.

IT Assistant:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s (16 years) or Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• At least 2 years in relevant IT support roles.

Support Staff:

Qualification:

• B.A / B.Sc / B.Com (14 years of education) or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in administrative or office roles.

Receptionist:

Qualification:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree (14 years) in humanities, business, social sciences, or applied sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant work in public/private organizations.

Driver:

Qualification:

• Minimum Middle (8th grade); certification in driving is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Valid LTV license.
• Driving experience in corporate or government settings.
• Knowledge of routes, traffic rules, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and professional attitude.
