1. Director Implementation & Compliance (PPS-09)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Agriculture Economics, MBA/MPA/MS in Project Management, Engineering Management, or BSc Engineering.

• Experience: 12 years of experience in Planning, Appraisal, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Public Sector Development Projects.

• Maximum Age: 55 years

• Number of Positions: 1

2. Chief Monitoring Officer (PPS-09)

• Qualifications: MA/MSc (Economics), MSc (Agricultural Economics), MBA/MPA, BSc (Engg.), MS in Project Management/Engineering Management.

• Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring of development projects.

  • Preference will be given to those with experience in Public Sector Development Projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Project Monitoring & Evaluation System (MIS) will be an added advantage.

• Additional Requirement: Ability to travel to remote areas independently for field monitoring.

• Maximum Age: 55 years

• Number of Positions: 2 (1 for Islamabad Office & 1 for Quetta Camp Office, Balochistan)

3. Director / Chief Evaluation Officer (PPS-09)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Social Science, Public Administration, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).

  • Experience in evaluating Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) projects will be preferred.

  • Strong ability to identify projects for evaluation.

  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals and software tools like MS Office, E-Office, Web Browser, and Email.

• Maximum Age: 55 years.

• Number of Positions: 1.

4. Evaluation Officer (PPS-08)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 5 years of experience in conducting evaluation of development projects, preferably in the public sector.

• Maximum Age: 50 years

• Number of Positions: 1

5. Monitoring Officer (PPS-08)

• Qualifications: MA (Economics), MSc (Agri. Economics), MBA, BSc (Engg.), Master’s in Public Health, MS (PM).

• Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring of development projects.

  • Preference for candidates with Public Sector development experience.

• Additional Requirement: Willingness to travel to remote areas for independent field monitoring.

• Maximum Age: 45 years

• Number of Positions: 8

6. Deputy Director – Implementation & Compliance (PPS-08)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Agriculture Economics, MBA/MPA/MS in Project Management, Engineering Management, or BSc Engg.

• Experience:

  • 8 years of experience in Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring of development projects.

  • Preference for candidates with Public Sector project monitoring experience.

• Maximum Age: 50 years

• Number of Positions: 1

7. Admin Officer (PPS-07)

• Qualifications: MA (Economics), MBA (Finance), MHRM, MPA, MCom. Graduate from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative, Personnel, Procurement, or Accounts-related matters.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in Government departments.

  • Strong computer literacy skills preferred.

• Maximum Age: 45 years

• Number of Positions: 1

8. APS (Assistant Private Secretary) (PPS-06)

• Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc.

  • Typing speed: 80/40 words per minute (minimum) in shorthand/typing, respectively.

  • Computer literacy preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Maximum Age: 50 years

• Number of Positions: 1

9. Accountant (PPS-06)

• Qualifications: MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, ACCA Foundation.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in maintenance of cash, accounts books, and reconciliation of accounts with AGPR (Accountant General Pakistan Revenues).

  • Preference for computer-literate candidates.

• Maximum Age: 45 years

• Number of Positions: 1
