National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority NEECA Jobs 2025 | Career Opportunities: The National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), has announced multiple career opportunities for highly skilled professionals. NEECA is a federal authority mandated to spearhead energy conservation initiatives across different sectors of the economy. As part of the “Prime Minister’s Performance Fan Replacement Program,” the authority is seeking qualified candidates for several key positions on a fixed-term contract with the potential for an extension.

Available Positions and Requirements:

1. Program Manager

• Salary: PKR 500,000/- per month
• Qualification: Master’s in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in managing large-scale multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in financial technology (FinTech) and energy programs.

2. Consultant – Awareness Campaign & Community Outreach

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Master’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in media outreach, communication strategy, and community engagement.

3. Consultant Awareness – Media Content Development & Promotion

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in content creation, digital marketing, and media campaigns.

4. Consultant IT Expert – Data & Web Analyst

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Software & Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in programming, data visualization tools, and analytics for interactive data visualization.

5. Consultant IT Expert – Graphic & Multimedia Designer

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and social media visuals.

6. Consultant Expert – Mediation & Coordination

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration, Public Policy, IT, or Energy Management.
• Experience: At least 5 years in mediation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

7. Consultant IT Expert – Web Development & UI/UX Developer

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Software & Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in front-end and back-end development with expertise in WordPress, Drupal, JavaScript, and CSS.

8. Consultant IT Expert – Mobile App Developer

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in mobile app development with expertise in Flutter & Dart.

9. Consultant IT Expert – System Analyst

• Salary: PKR 250,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years in system analysis, business process mapping, and software development.

10. Consultant – Administrative Support

• Salary: PKR 150,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in administrative roles in the public or private sector.

11. Consultant – Admin Support (Finance & Settlement)

• Salary: PKR 150,000/- per month
• Qualification: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience: At least 4 years in finance, compliance, and coordination with regulatory authorities.
