Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- CA / ACCA / CIMA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of financial management experience after acquiring the required qualification.
- Experience in Government, private, or non-profit sectors.
- Chartered Accountants may apply with 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of public sector accounting, PFM cycles, and regulatory mechanisms.
- Familiarity with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
Skills Required:
- Expertise in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools like SAP, Oracle, or Peoplesoft.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare progress reports.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
