Job Details:

• Position: Accounts Officer

• Number of Posts: 01 (On Regular Basis)

• Basic Scale: BS-17

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • M.Com (2nd division) from a recognized university, OR

    • MBA (2nd division) from a recognized university

  • Age Limit:

    • Male: 21 to 35 years + 5 years relaxation (Maximum: 40 years)

    • Female: 21 to 35 years + 8 years relaxation (Maximum: 43 years)

    • Transgender: Age limit will be determined based on CNIC details

  • Gender: Male, Female & Transgender

  • Domicile: All Punjab basis

  • Place of Posting: Archaeology Head Office, Lahore

Exam & Selection Process

The written examination will consist of one MCQ-based paper of 100 marks with a 90-minute duration. The test will be based on qualification-related questions.

Important Instructions for Applicants:

1. Candidates must visit the official PPSC websitewww.ppsc.gov.pk regularly for test schedules, syllabus, and other related updates.
2. Employees of the Federal Government, Semi-Government, and Local Bodies are not entitled to age concessions.
3. If a candidate holds a foreign degree, they must submit an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or the Equivalence Determination Committee at the time of the interview.
4. Experience from private firms will only be considered if the firm is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority.
5. In-service candidates must provide NOC/DPC from their respective departments at the time of the interview.
6. CGPA is not acceptable; candidates must provide percentage or total marks as per their degree.
7. The test and interview will only be conducted in Lahore.
