University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir Jobs 2025 | Non-Teaching Job Opportunities: University of Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has announced exciting non-teaching career opportunities for qualified and experienced individuals. Applications are invited for two high-ranking administrative positions on a renewable three-year term: Registrar (BPS-20) and Controller of Examinations (BPS-20). These positions are open on a merit basis.

Available Positions:

1. Registrar (BPS-20) – General Administration (Establishment)

   • Eligibility Criteria:

     • At least a 1st Class Master’s Degree.

     • Minimum of 17 years of experience in administrative or teaching roles in any government or semi-government organization, preferably as a BPS-17 officer or above.

     • Proficiency in computer use and modern office techniques.

     • Age: 40-45 years.

2. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) – General Administration (Examinations)

   • Eligibility Criteria:

     • At least a 1st Class Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.

     • Minimum of 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a relevant field.

     • Must be proficient in computer usage.

     • Age: 40-45 years.

Application Instructions:

• Candidates must submit attested copies of all required documents including degrees, transcripts, certificates, CNIC, domicile, and a State Subject Certificate.
• Application forms, available at the University Secretariat for Rs. 1200/-, must be submitted to the Registrar, University of Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, P.C. 11100, by May 15, 2025.
• The fee may be paid via Habib Bank or through a bank draft.
