WAPDA Jobs 2025 | Job Opportunities for Divers at Tarbela Power Station: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has announced job opportunities for skilled and experienced individuals on a contract basis at the office of the Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela. This recruitment drive is aimed at hiring candidates for the positions of Diver Grade-I and Diver Grade-II.

Available Positions:

1. Diver Grade-I (BPS-14)

   • Vacancies: 4

   • Qualification: Must be qualified in “Deep Diving” from the Pakistan Navy School for Deep Water with at least 10 years of practical experience.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

   • Quota: Punjab (Open) – 2, Sindh (R) – 1, KPK (Open) – 1, KPK (Open) – 1

2. Diver Grade-II (BPS-11)

   • Vacancies: 2

   • Qualification: Must be qualified in “Deep Diving” from the Pakistan Navy School for Deep Water with at least 5 years of practical experience.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

   • Quota: Open Merit – 1, Punjab (Open) – 1

Important Notes:

• The positions are contract-based, initially for one year and extendable based on satisfactory performance.
• The written test will be conducted by M/s OTS (Open Testing Service), while interviews will be conducted by WAPDA.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel with the necessary NOC/permission.
• Educational qualifications must be verified from HEC recognized institutions.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
• Candidates who have been dismissed on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
